If you work in the field in the resources and infrastructure industries, our courses will give you the skills to take your work further. Whether you need to patrol pipelines, perform outback repairs or supervise remote infrastructure builds, our courses are designed to get you where you need to be.

You will learn how to tackle a wide variety of terrains, as well as how to prepare, repair and maintain your 4WD vehicle to ensure your safe arrival and departure from a field site.  All courses available for vehicles up to 16 tonne.

DRIVING

RIIVEH201E Operate light vehicle 

Suitable for all team members using any vehicle for work especially those travelling long distances or encountering rural and gravel road conditions.

RIIVEH305F Operate and maintain a four wheel drive vehicle

Suitable for all team members using a 4WD vehicle for work especially those encountering off highway conditions. Low Range capable vehicle required.               

PMASUP236 Operate vehicles in the field

Suitable for all team members using a 4WD vehicle for work  travelling long distances, rural and gravel roads and especially those encountering off highway conditions. Low Range capable vehicle required.     

TOWING

AURTGA001 Drive and manoeuvre trailers
Suitable for all team members who need to tow a boat, caravan, horse float or a trailer as a requirement of their role.
